Request Medical Standby Services
Ensure your festival, race, corporate function or special event has the professional medical coverage it needs. Our licensed EMTs and paramedics provide Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) with ambulances, rehab units and hydration stations. Typical event types we cover include off‑road motor races, corporate events, fairs and festivals, sporting competitions, concerts, school functions and more. We follow recommended staffing ratios: 1 EMT for up to 2,500 attendees, 2 EMTs for 2,500–5,000 attendees, 3 EMTs for 5,000–10,000 attendees and 4 EMTs for over 10,000 attendees. Rates begin at $130 per EMT for 1‑4 hours (3‑hour minimum), $110 for 5‑12 hours, and $90 per hour for multi‑day events.
